Customer Success Manager

Customer Success is an important part of our company's growth. You will be the face of our company to the customer. You will help us expand our relationships with mobile app developers in the mobile app space. Our goal is to be the leader in a fast-paced and innovative industry. This is an opportunity to join our team and drive client relationships and revenue growth.
Essential position responsibilities:
- Assist clients with all requests connected to data sharing or fraud detection process;
- Represent clients in reject negotiations. Start and close reject claims;
- Hold regular meetings with clients, report feedback back to CSM, Analytics, Product teams;
- Work on improvement of Scalarr business processes;
- Solve minor technical tasks;
- Hold regular QBR meetings with clients;
- Responsible for retention/renewals;
- Responsible for upselling clients with new products and features released by Scalarr.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
- Prior work experience working with foreign companies or foreign clients;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer the best solutions;
- Business literacy and ability to use the best business practices;
- Curiosity, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Skilled at embracing new technology and distilling complex concepts into clear, easy to grasp ideas;
- Highly collaborative team player with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
